04/04/19 Ministerial Visit by Hannah Blythin AM to Rhyl.  We couldn’t have picked a worse day for a Ministerial visit to Rhyl, it rained the whole time we were walking round the Town. The visit started in SC2 which the Minister was very impressed with, and then escorted her around the other developments in the Town Centre

05/04/19 Isle of Anglesey County Council’s Chairman Charity Concert at Ysgol Gyfun, Llangefni.  This was an excellent evening show with 3 brilliant acts. The highlight was Gruffydd Wyn Roberts from 2018 Britain’s Got Talent who is really talented with funds raised going to the Chairman’s charity, the new St. David’s Anglesey Hospice.

25/04/19 Presentation of Certificate concerning Ruthin’s status as a ‘Coach friendly town’ held at Ruthin Craft Centre.  A super achievement for Ruthin Town Council who have worked very hard to attain this award of Coach friendly town. I think Wales has 5 coach friendly towns/ cities with Ruthin now being one and more per population than the rest of the UK.

The evening raised over £700, well done all.
